A large Nashville International Airport-area parking lot used by motorists looking for a good long-term rate and willing to shuttle to the terminal is changing ownership hands.
Illinois-based Green Courte Partners LLC, a private equity investment firm that targets niche real estate sectors, announced Friday it has acquired The Parking Spot. The latter, which bills itself as the nation\'s largest near-airport parking operator, had owned a site at 560 Donelson Pike, located on the north side of Interstate 40.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
