Central Parking recruits sales SVPs Texas state representative, former company exec to lead new national group |
 |
Central Parking System said it has recruited industry veterans Daniel Huberty and Robert Cizek to be senior vice presidents in charge of its new national sales group. Huberty comes to Nashville-based Central Parking from natural gas marketer Clean Energy Fuels, where he had been vice president since mid-2009. Before that, he spent 16 years at Ampco System Parking, where he was, among other things, head of its airport division and responsible for U.S. business development and operations. Huberty also represents part of the Houston area in the Texas House of Representatives and serves on that body’s public education and state affairs committees. Cizek is returning to Central Parking after two years at Atlanta-based Park Mobile, which markets pay-by-phone systems. During his previous two decades at Central Parking, he rose to senior VP and oversaw business development and operations in more than 10 states. Central Parking officials said their new national sales group will focus on “large and complex projects” and work with real estate investment trust, private-equity and infrastructure funds and portfolio clients. “The addition of Dan and Robert emphasizes our commitment to growth and serving clients at the highest level,” said CEO James Marcum. “The depth of their relationships and the parking and real estate experience each brings will be an immediate benefit to our organization and clients. I am very impressed with Dan and Robert and we’re excited they have joined Central.” |
