Mr. Sher’s commercial transaction experience started in private practice as an attorney in a small commercial practice located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. As an associate attorney, Mr. Sher represented commercial real estate developers, landlords, tenants and investors in all types of real estate and business transactions along with various litigation and arbitration matters.
Thereafter, Mr. Sher accepted an interim position as General Counsel to a mixed use real estate development company based in Ocean City, Maryland. In that capacity, Mr. Sher assisted with commercial arbitrations along with transactional matters for the development company. Following that experience, Mr. Sher held several positions with two (2) national title insurance companies, closing hundreds of commercial real estate transactions in the aggregate amount of billions of dollars. Mr. Sher assisted clients in underwriting title insurance risks, creating solutions to complex real estate issues.
Since 2007, Mr. Sher has served as counsel with Mr. Fuqua\'s practice. Mr. Sher has counseled clients on parking lot shuttle service agreements, operating agreements, leasing matters, internet booking agreements along with various vendor contracts. Mr. Sher holds licenses in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (non-resident deferral status).
