Any time a client elects to hire Our Firm, the client can be certain that the representation will include certain fundamental values:
The ultimate goal is always to create value on behalf of the client. This value is generated by providing real world, business oriented solutions for the client. Our attorneys are more than lawyers, they have been trained in the business world at the largest parking company in the world. Furthermore, value creation is a product of the firm’s desire to handle matters as if they were their own-not like some large, impersonal law firm whose main focus is the number of hours billed on a particular matter.
Our firm provides timely solutions. All matters entrusted to the firm are put on specific timelines by the client (if the client does not set one, then the firm will ask for one from the client). Our firm strives to meet or exceed all such timelines.
Our firm’s billing practices are unique in several ways. All bills are detailed and generated monthly via email. There is no charge to the client for expenses (phone calls, fax machines, etc.) unless specifically approved ahead of time by the client (travel, for instance). All expenses are absorbed into the firm’s overhead.
Our firm emphasizes and encourages alternative billing arrangements with its clients. One existing client pays a monthly amount for the services of the firm. Another client pays a set amount for each transaction completed by the firm. In both instances, the alternative billing practices put the firm on the side of the client in the transaction.
