Hank joined forces with Ally Fuqua in December 2012 after 35 years with Central Parking.

While at Central, Hank handled the legal work associated with lease and management agreement contract negotiations in over 75 US cities and the UK; the company’s entry to the New York market; mergers / acquisitions; litigation / arbitration; union election campaigns / collective bargaining and liability & workers’ compensation insurance.

Hank received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from the Nashville Night Law School. He has been a practicing attorney since 1984.
